Our founder, Dr. Jason Seibel, is a former Fortune 500 executive with a PH. D who has extensive business experience in finance, information systems, human resources, sales, marketing, leadership and operations.
His over 20 years of experience with a wide range of industries enables him to visualize innovative solutions instead of the same tired programs that may be common in a particular vertical.
Directly before founding the current incarnation of PMG, Dr. Seibel served as Vice President, Integration-Operations of CenturyLink Federal. While there, he ended the practice of giving $13 million annually in unnecessary customer credits, money that went straight to the bottom line. He also won $51 billion in new business.
Prior to that, Dr. Seibel served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Manager at CACI International. In just seven months, he turned a failing program losing over $2 million per month into a healthy program that generated $1.1 million per month.
From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Seibel was the COO and later the CEO of QTC Holdings, a $230 million, 900FTE Lockheed Martin subsidiary that provides Independent medical evaluations to federal, state and commercial customers

While at QTC, Dr. Seibel also successfully lobbied Congress to pass legislation that expanded outsourced medical evaluations thereby enabling veterans to receive disability compensation much more quickly. This was a huge win for our veterans and a huge win for the industry, converting it from a $1 billion to a $10 billion industry virtually overnight.
In January 2011, Dr. Seibel became Program Director of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) Electronics Records Archive (ERA), a $300M, 205FTE development and sustainment program where he successfully delivered the final increment of the ERA under budget.
In addition, Dr. Seibel has also owned and operated an IT consulting firm, founded and sold an ISP company, hosted a talk radio show, published academic and conference articles, taught university classes in business, information systems and project management, published a book, developed multiple industry first initiatives and currently owns 7 Massage Envy franchise locations.
